Terms of booking

Who we are

Punta Cana Boat Club books private boats and boat trips in Punta Cana, Saona and Catalina. The boats are run by their owners and crews; we arrange the booking, take the payment and look after you before and after the trip.

Requests, quotes and payment

A request is free and does not commit you to anything. The prices shown on the site are estimates; the price that counts is the one in the quote we send you once the captain has confirmed the boat.

A quote has a payment deadline. If it is not paid by then, it expires and the boat may be offered to someone else. Your booking is confirmed when the payment clears, and we send you the confirmation by email.

Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal; we never see or store your card number.

On board

The captain is responsible for safety and has the last word on the route, the stops and whether the boat can sail. Please follow the crew's instructions, respect the capacity of the boat and tell us in advance about anyone with special needs.

Alcohol is only served to adults, and the crew may refuse service to anyone who puts the trip at risk.

Changes and cancellations

Changes of date or group size depend on the boat being available and may change the price. Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation policy.
