Cancellation policy

Private charters

Cancel at least 7 days before the trip for a full refund. With less notice the boat has usually been held for you and turned other groups away, so the payment is not refunded, but we will try to move your trip to another date.

Shared trips

Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. With less notice the payment is not refunded.

Weather and sea conditions

If the captain or the Dominican Navy does not let the boat sail, you choose: another date with no extra charge, or a full refund.

How to cancel

Write to us on WhatsApp or by email with your booking code. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with; your bank may take a few days to show them.
